What we believe

We take the Bible at its word

The Brook is a Baptist church rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. We love God, we love people, and we preach the Scriptures plainly.

Our heart

What we hold to

Four simple truths that shape who we are and how we serve.

Our Faith

Rooted in the Word of God, we cherish unchanging truths delivered through Jesus Christ, defending our faith with love and dedication.

Our Purpose

Sharing the message of salvation through Jesus Christ, we nurture faith, build strong families, and promote spiritual growth with love and compassion.

Our Calling

Called to worship and serve in spirit and truth, we are a refuge for the hurting and a beacon of God's Word without compromise.

Our Hope

The Bible teaches that all have sinned and are in need of salvation. Jesus loves you and has made a way for you to be saved. Accept His gift of grace today.

Our statement

What shapes our church

Honey Brook Baptist Church is founded upon the principles and doctrines established in the Word of God. We take Scripture as our final authority and teach from the King James Version.

Our Manner

We hold to the unchanging truths given by Jesus Christ and aim to maintain the integrity of New Testament Baptist churches and the keystones of our Baptist heritage.

Our Mission

Our primary purpose is to share the message that all people are sinners, but Jesus saves people from their sins. We support the spread of the gospel locally and around the world, and we teach believers how to apply godly wisdom to everyday life.

We want to help build marriages, families, and relationships that please God. We encourage spiritual maturity and Christian character in an atmosphere of love and compassion, remembering the words of Jesus in John 13:35.

Our Mandate

We believe God has called this church to be a house where He is worshiped in spirit and in truth, a place of refuge for the hurting, hope for the fearful, and faithful preaching without compromise. Truth comes before tradition.

Our Message

The Bible declares that the penalty for sin is death. The good news is that Jesus loves you and paid that penalty with His own life. Salvation is found in Jesus Christ through repentance and faith. Romans 10:9 tells us to confess the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead.

If you want to talk through this message or ask where The Brook stands on a passage, send us your question. We would be glad to open the Bible with you.

Good news

Jesus has made a way

The Bible says that all have sinned and need salvation. The wonderful news is that Jesus loves you and has made a way for you to be saved. His grace is a free gift, and today is the day to receive it.

Come and see.
